What if we had already done it?
Most conversations about the future begin with today’s constraints, budgets and assumptions. The Tomorrow Party changes the starting point. People meet as though they are already living in a different future, sharing stories and “memories” of how change happened.
What we actually do
Welcome to tomorrow.
Every Tomorrow Party is designed around a question, community or challenge. A typical experience follows five movements.
01 · Arrival
We establish the world participants are stepping into and invite them to loosen some present-day assumptions.
02 · Time travel
Participants imaginatively travel into a future in which meaningful change has occurred.
03 · Conversations from the future
People meet, tell stories and share observations as though they are living there. What changed? What was difficult? What did people do along the way?
04 · Collective noticing
We gather what people saw, heard, felt and discovered, and notice the patterns and differences.
05 · Return
Back in the present, we ask: if that future were possible, what might we do differently now?
